The VerifyMyContent Client Dashboard

The VerifyMyContent dashboard provides an overview of your platform's verification and moderation activity. Identity verifications, moderated content, and live streams are listed along with information, statuses and events relating to each verification or piece of uploaded content.

Identity verification

Identity verification view

User verifications and their status are listed in the identity verification view, along with top-level stats showing total verifications, total approved, approval rate and the number of pending verifications.

Results can be filtered by status and date.

Verification status

Each verification is assigned a status to indicate its progress:

	Pending: The user has been asked to verify but has not yet started the verification process.
	Started: The user has started the verification process.
	Approved: The user has successfully verified.
	Failed: The user has been unable to verify.

User profile view

Clicking on 'view details' loads a detailed view of the user's verification, showing the verification data, user photo, ID document and a list of any content uploaded by the user.

The user's content moderation list shows all content uploaded along with its moderation status.

Content moderation

Content moderation view

All items of content and their status are listed in the content moderation view. Detailed views of the content and the uploader can be accessed by selecting an item from the content list. 

Results can be filtered by status and date.

Moderation status

Each item of content is assigned a status to indicate its moderation progress:

	Approved: No issues were identified during the moderation process.
	Verification: The content has been uploaded by a user who has not verified their identity. The content will be sent to moderation once the user has verified.

Content view

Selecting an item of content from the list loads a detailed view of the content, displaying additional information and the option to overrule the moderation decision using the reject button.

Live stream moderation

Live stream moderation view

All live streams and their status are listed in the live stream moderation view. Detailed views of the live stream and the performer can be accessed by selecting an item from the content list. 

Results can be filtered by status and date.

Live stream moderation status

Each live stream is assigned a status to indicate its moderation progress:

Status prior to stream going live:

	Waiting: A live stream session has been requested by the performer and the system is waiting for the performer to verify and begin streaming.
	Authorised: the performer is authenticated.
	Denied: the performer has failed authentication.

Status during live stream:

	Started: The stream is live and being moderated.
	Stop requested: A violation in the stream has been detected and confirmed. The stream should be terminated by the platform.

Status after live stream:

	Halted: The platform has terminated the stream due to a violation being flagged.
	Finished: The stream ended without any violations confirmed.
	Failed: The stream could not be processed due to technical difficulties such as server error or invalid link.

Selecting a live stream from the list loads a detailed view of the stream, displaying additional information regarding any potential violations identified and moderator decisions taken.
